We thought the talk over authentic pizza making was getting a bit stale, and it took a bread man, Sullivan St. Bakery owner Jim Lahey, to clap back. He serves up pizzas bold enough to hold off the mozzarella, but owing to their stand alone crust, they remain just as tasty.
