Paraben, a maker of digital forensic software, is aiming their big brother tactics at porn with their new Porn Detection Stick. Like their ChatStick which scans and copies all the instant messages on your computer, the Porn Detention Stick is a USB drive goes through a hard drive and scans all the photos in order to "analyze each image to determine if it may be pornographic in nature". We have two questions: 1. Why doesn't it also scan for videos? And, 2. Who still downloads porn? Do they realize that most people just get their porn from Spankwire? Smarten up, Paraben. [LINK]
