To the untrained eye, it might seem as though Okay Kaya had a quiet 2017. But while the music was scarce, the first two months of 2018 have quickly dissipated any such misconceptions. After starring in her first feature film role (as the titular Thelma in Joachim Trier's psychological thriller), the artist born Kaya Wilkins regained our full attention with "IUD," the first single from her debut full-length.

Today, the second single arrived, with another new video. "Dance Like U" blends her sultry voice and lyrics—good luck getting that hook out of your head—with a sensual visual that seems to live in the same world as "IUD." Kaya is twinning once again, a thread she addressed in a recent V Magazine interview.

"What I wanted to explore with these videos is what the psychological condition would look like if it had a physical embodiment," she said, "So having this twin that is all your trauma or all the shit that you have to deal with in your life. In the private setting, there's roommates vibes like weird, sisterly... but in public, Okay Kaya needs to braid her twin’s hair and drag her across the street shopping for groceries."
