Escaping the vault for the first time ever is a Diddy remix of The Smashing Pumpkins’ classic song “Ava Adore.” First reported back in 1998 by MTV, Diddy teamed up with the Pumpkins to rework both “Ava Adore” and “Perfect.” While the latter saw its release years ago, the former is being shared for the very first time along with a super deluxe edition of the Pumpkins’ fourth album Adore.
Diddy fashions the song with a simple set of drums and a number of strings while displacing much of the guitar from the original. Listen to the remix below and look out for the Adore super deluxe edition being released on September 23.
