The unexpected collaboration is here.

Last month, Maroon 5 teased a very unexpected collaboration with none other than Kendrick Lamar at their show in San Antonio. Some were unsure as whether or not Kendrick would be a good fit for the song, but now, fans can finally hear "Don't Wanna Know" and decide for themselves as the band officially shares the single.
Produced by Benny Blanco, the new single features a tropical vibe that would have fit in perfectly with the hits that took over the airwaves this summer. Kendrick jumps in nearly towards the end of the track for a very quick verse to balance out the lead vocals from Adam Levine. This, of course, isn't Kendrick's first time lending a hand to a pop act, having teamed up with Imagine Dragons for the massive hit "Radioactive" and also appearing on Taylor Swift's "Bad Blood."
