Earlier tonight, Jessie Reyez and Daniel Caesar were in Vancouver, Canada to receive awards and perform at the 2018 JUNO Awards. The two walked away with Breakthrough Artist of the Year and R&B/Soul Recording of the Year, respectively, and also surprised the crowd with an evocative performance of "Figures" together. Reyez had teased "Figures, a Reprise" via her Instagram story hours prior, sharing a screenshot of her chat with Daniel Caesar. Now, after the JUNOs have wrapped, the Reyez has dropped the collaborative track in full.
On "Figures, a Reprise," Jessie Reyez and Daniel Caesar sound effortless together, taking Reyez's breakthrough single to new heights. Hopefully, this is just the start of more collaborations between the two young artists.
