With Blonde also came a more experimental Frank Ocean, and this was evident based on our first taste of the album, "Nikes." Most of the song features Ocean's vocals pitched high almost beyond the point of recognition before he transitions into his normal range halfway through. If you've ever wondered what the song would sound like without his voice pitched, Genius recently tampered with the song, and the result is as beautiful as you would have assumed.
Upon the release of "Nikes," Reddit users on r/FrankOcean also played around with the song to see what it would sound like without Frank's voice pitched. Listen to Reddit user awqaw123's version of "Nikes" here, and check out Genius' Instagram clip below.

Whether or not fans will ever get a chance to hear some of these recordings, this remains to be seen. Read the full interview with Patterson here.
