Portland duo SOS (formerly known as Shadows On Stars) is back and gearing up for the release of a new album. Just like their previous songs, "Dead Or Alive" has a cool, electronic feel and a big, catchy chorus.

4. Jules Born - "Alone in This Town"

Jules Born experiments with a variety of genres, from funk to electronica to R&B, and melds them together with intriguing results. Get familiar through "Alone in This Town," which appears on his new EP, Memorybilia. Download the project in its entirety here.

5. Future - "Monster"

With production from Metro Boomin and Southside, Future’s new song is a dark trap banger. Menacing, pounding production is the perfect backdrop for some of Future's most aggressive bars, including gems like, "Fuck all the rules I'd rather fuck your baby mama."

7. Mila J - "Smoke, Drink, Breakup (L-Vis 1990 Remake)"

L-Vis 1990, co-founder of the influential label Night Slugs, flips Mila J's recent single "Smoke, Drink, Breakup," injecting sparkling elements into the slow jam for a refreshing take on an otherwise straightforward R&B song.

If you're looking for lyricism or boom bap, don't even listen to this. If you're looking for raw intensity and music that makes you want to not give a fuck about anyone else in the world, this is the soundtrack.

British producer Murlo is killing it at the moment with his hyper-colorful production, and he teamed up with young grime MC Novelist (read our Daily Discovery on him here) on two songs as part of a free six track EP curated by DJ Monki and recorded at Red Bull Studios London.

It's been a long time coming, but Que finally unveiled his mixtape Can You Digg It? ealier this week. With features from 2 Chainz, Ty Dolla $ign, Trey Songz, and production courtesy of DJ Mustard, Boi-1da, Sonny Digital, and others, it's a heavily armed effort from the eccentric rapper.

Every week or so, it seems, Madeaux drops another gem on us, and this time round is no different. "One Time" sees some of the colorful, maximal synth-work that has become the producer's trademark stripped away in favour of a thumping bassline and throwback vocal samples.
