Villain Park Returns With Classic Rap Style on "Regretz"
A vintage sound with a fresh twist.
In 2015, Los Angeles rap crew Villain Park became one of our favorite new acts. The formula was simple—gritty beats and classic rap style that sounded more like Lootpack than Lil Uzi—but they brought a youthful energy to it, and the blueprint still holds up. Villain Park's been quiet for the last couple of years, but they make their return as duo (consisting of Smoke and Bunge) with the Smoke Dawg-produced "Regretz."
Listen to more from Villain Park on SoundCloud, and look out for an album this year. Check out the "Regretz" video above.
