"I’ll buy the neighbor's house if they complain about the noise," Drake said on Future's "Where Ya At," from DS2. Regardless of whether his neighbors had a grievance with the volume level, Drake went ahead and bought their house, spending $2.85 million on the house next door to his place in Hidden Hills, California.

It actually turns out that he bought the place in June 2015 (according to Trulia); DS2 came out the next month, so perhaps it wasn't the lyrics inspiring his actions, but his actions inspiring his lyrics. Regardless, the 1-acre piece of property includes the 4,445-square-foot four-bedroom, five-bathroom home that was built in 1955.

There's no word yet on why he bought the neighbor's house, but perhaps his own guest house wasn't enough; perhaps he needed a guest house with its own guest house, like his new home not-so-away from home has. The gated community is also home to Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears, Ozzy Osbourne, and others, not exactly a crew you'd imagining filing many noise complaints.

Check out some photos of the property and the house's interior here, and feel as close as you probably ever will to being invited over to Drake's house.
