Nothing like spicing up a DJ set with some unreleased material. That’s what HudMo did at Rinse FM event last night, sneaking the massive “Ryderz” into his set during Eclair Fifi’s radio show.
It’s apparently another cut off his upcoming Lantern album, which is due out June 16. “Ryderz” is a sample-heavy cacophony of soul music and hi-hats—a very different feel than “Very First Breath,” the first track we heard off the album. Lantern is already shaping up to be a big leap forward in experimentation and musical scope for the UK producer, and we’re only two tracks in. Stream the Rinse rip of “Ryderz” below.
