Ganz has been impressing us this year with his production talent this year, most recently on the vivid, pounding Dino War EP, and we’re happy to premiere a new track today, the first release on his own label The Hard Headed.
“Cold Fire,” which is also the name of his tour which kicks off tonight at 1015 Folsom in San Francisco, is a collaboration with vocalist Gia Koka, and serves as a reminder that there’s more to Ganz than big club tunes. Sure, “Cold Fire” will still go off in a club, but the big, pop leaning vocals hint at where Ganz could head in the future.
