FKA twigs stopped by BBC Radio 1 today to perform for their famous Live Lounge segment. During the segment she performed “In Time,” a highlight from her recent EP M3LL155X, accompanied by a fantastic cover of Sia’s Diplo-produced single “Elastic Heart.” Completely transforming the original to the point in which it sounds like a FKA song itself, the cover is pretty captivating. In the performance she even brings along a dancer to perform around her, which is pretty weird for a radio performance but damn does it do wonders to make it stand out more.
Bringing along her choreography as well as her unique instrumental sound, the cover is yet another killer example of how good a performer twigs really is. Watch the performance above, and check out the full show here.
