Just yesterday, Rustie shared the vibrant new track, “First Mythz,” and today he’s back with yet another track. The most surprising part about him hitting back with yet another new song isn’t the song itself, but the announcement that comes with it: Rustie will be putting out a new album tomorrow. While he’s made it clear through his tweets that he’s been working on a new album for a while, the news that it’ll come as soon as tomorrow is pretty surprising.
To celebrate the announcement, Rustie has shared yet another track off the album, “Peace Upzzz.” With its stuttering, bright synths, the track contains all of the elements that make his music so goddamn appealing. It’s pretty, sweet, but still has that bombastic edge his erratic percussion frequently possess. The new album is called EVENIFUDONTBELIEVE, and will be released tomorrow in some fashion.
