A$AP Rocky is being sued by a fan who was allegedly injured by A$AP Mob’s Young Shabba while he was trying to crowd surf during a 2013 A$AP Ferg concert. As TMZ reports, Krystina Clowes is seeking a minimum of $75 thousand for the incident, saying in her lawsuit that she may never fully recover. Rocky wasn’t involved in the incident, but Clowes is claiming that A$AP Mob’s history and general love of stage diving makes them all responsible for the incident.
This isn’t the first time Rocky has been caught in a legal battle with a fan for crowd surfing, as TMZ reported earlier this year that a fan also sued the whole of A$AP Mob for an injury that also happened during a 2013 concert. No word from Rocky on the incident yet, but considering he wasn’t actually involved, it seems unlikely he’ll respond.
