Not too long ago, we introduced you to the genre-bending Body Cheetah. Taking elements from far-flung sounds, his music is characterized by a desire for true originality. His latest track is a bold showcase of that desire. Featuring his distinct vocals alongside thumping, psychedelic production, “Than You Should Know” immediately evokes striking imagery. His abstract sound slowly unravels itself here, continually piquing curiosity.
When we interviewed him, he told us, “I don’t consider myself an artist, or a musician—I reinterpret time and give it a new name.” Considering his music sounds like reality inverted, it’s easy to see where he’s coming from. No word yet on where “Than You Should Know” will turn up, but here’s hoping that it’s from an impending release of sorts.
