Go Inside J. Cole's Childhood Home

J. Cole appears in his childhood home on the cover of Complex’s December 2014/January 2015 issue, which also has a Nicki Minaj cover and, of course, the Wale and Jerry Seinfeld cover.

On his cover, Cole’s room is decorated with posters that reflect his hip-hop influences, from 2Pac to Wu-Tang Clan. But Cole also gave Complex a tour of his home focused around the first bedroom he was able to call his own. “This is where I started dreaming the dream,” the Dreamville boss says. This home is important for Cole because its address is also the name of his upcoming album, 2014 Forest Hill Drive. Watch the video above to go inside J. Cole’s childhood home,  check the magazine cover below and head over to Complex for the full feature.
