The Weeknd has been fairly quiet since the release of last year's Beauty Behind the Madness. Aside from a few features on records for Beyoncé, Cashmere Cat, and Jeremih, we hadn't heard anything new from him until recently.  Last month, he shared a snippet of new music in a now-deleted Instagram post and also hinted at possibly working with Daft Punk. But fans have continued to wait for some concrete details, releases, or announcements.

Today, The Weeknd finally took to Twitter to share the cover art for this forthcoming album titled Starboy. He previously hinted and wanted to make new changes, and one of those is very clear on the new cover—his infamous hair is officially gone. The other changes seem more apparent with the elimination of all his former Instagram posts. It seems his ready for a fresh start.

The cover, shot by well-known photographer and director Nabil, shows The Weeknd donning a leather jacket and a huge cross chain, looking rather distraught, but doesn't give much of a hint of what kind of changes we can expected from him musically. As of now, there's no further details, but hopefully a new single won't be too far behind.
