As promised, his new album East Memphis Maniac dropped today and it features guest verses from all those artists plus MadeinTYO, Bankroll Rico, idonknowjeffrey, and KOHH. What holds the project together, though, is Xavier himself. While he plays around with some of the most accessible, catchy work of his career, the album also manages to hold onto the dark and intense feel we've grown to love from the Memphis-born rapper.
