Octavian ended 2017 on a high note, releasing a unique rap track called "Party Here" that would go on to gain widespread music media coverage and a heavy Drake cosign. The song and video are instantly memorable, with genre-hopping production and Octavian demonstrating a way with words and ear for melody that turns almost every line into a quotable.

The French-born, London-raised rapper switched the style up a little for follow up single "100 Degrees," but his latest track "Hands" goes in a totally new direction altogether. With vocals heavily layered in effects Octavian pours his heart out, singing over a shuffling beat that has a surprisingly hard-hitting drop. This is the kind of stylistic switch up that might surprise some fans at first, but provides further proof that Octavian is one of the brightest and most creative talents coming up right now.

The "Hands" video was shot in London and Berlin and directed by Kill Farrell and Armin Druz, who were in charge for the previous to videos. Watch above.
