Billy Lemos is already gaining steam as an artist, but he's living a double life as a college freshman. Lemos describes his current situation as "kind of a balancing act," but he's managed to produce nothing but good music so far. Last year's Self EP revealed an artist with big ideas, marked by an affinity for two-part tracks. His approach to music is full of experimentation, and has recently turned to digital collaboration for new ideas.
Today, he's back with his new single "Burb," a low-key loosie filled with euphoric melodies. He's collaborated with Victor before (they met through SoundCloud), but this may be the duo's best effort yet. As for the duality of his songs, Lemos says, "I had the idea it was originally two separate demos that I was working on and I decided they would fit together."
