Frank Ocean Shares Cryptic Message About 2018 on Tumblr

"If you liked 2017, you'll love...2018."

Frank Ocean fans have it hard sometimes. The reclusive singer avoids social media and rarely does interviews, so anyone hoping to keep up with his movements is forced to play detective. That usually means deciphering vague messages on his Tumblr page—the one form of online communication Frank regularly engages with.

Late Tuesday evening, Frank posted a photo of a man wearing a hat embroidered with words that read: "If you liked 2017, you'll love...2018." Under the image, Frank left a simple caption that says: "new 18-99."

Of course, this post comes a month after Frank hinted that he's sitting on an album that he hasn't released yet, when he shared a Tumblr post that said: "Well I️ made the album before 30. I just ain't put that bitch out! — quotes from an interview I haven’t given haha."

This latest post could mean anything, really. Frank could be preparing to drop new music in 2018. Or, maybe, he's hinting at the fact that he'll do the same as he did in 2017 and he won't drop an album. Or maybe he just really likes that hat. Check the post out here and decide for yourself.
