Out of nowhere, St. Louis rapper Smino has released a new remix of his blkswn highlight "Anita." Changing up his verse and inviting T-Pain along for the ride, the newly released remix feels like a whole new version of the song. Having released the original version of the song all the way back in February, the new "Anita" remix comes less than a month after his recent collaboration with Sango, "Sorbet."
He's definitely keeping himself busy, then, even if he comes across effortlessly here. T-Pain does his thing, too, injecting a whole lot of life into the already lively original. It's refreshing to hear T-Pain on a remix in 2017, and we're hoping that this leads to Smino and T-Pain working together again in the near future. Hell, we'll take another remix, because more T-Pain is never a bad thing.
