London singer, songwriter, and producer SHOR has been working for quite some time but at 22 has seemed to finally discovered his voice. After struggling to find singers that felt right for the songs he was writing, SHOR tried singing them himself and after receiving praise from his peers, realized that he enjoyed using his own voice to communicate the ideas he'd had in his head.
Fast forward a little and we're here today where SHOR has managed to strike a delicate balance with new single "Calm Of The Sea." This single is both upbeat and melancholic all at once, it would feel just as right being played at a house party at 1AM as it would cleaning up the next day, whilst questioning the decisions you made the night before.
“It's a snapshot of where I am in my life.” explains SHOR, “I went into the studio feeling frustrated about something in my personal life and felt so inspired lyrically, it just clicked straight away; Joe Kearns (Calm Of The Sea producer) and I got the whole track down in a day!”
