Ever since our first introduction to Oakland rapper Elujay early last year, he has continued to release singles that are an even blend of hip-hop and neo-soul. His naturally laid-back delivery always seems to fit perfectly over soulful production, and now the young artists is back with another single that proves that he's found his lane.

Today, Elujay shares the first single from his forthcoming project titled Avnt Garde. Soulection affiliated producers, Maryland’s Chris McClenney and Long Beach’s Zikomo teamed up to create an easygoing feeling on production that helps sets the tone. Together the trio are able to create a feel-good single that seems like it has the power to make even the hottest summer day feel cool.

Ahead of releasing his own single “Confession,” later this week, McClenney joins Elujay on “Streamin” not only as a producer but as a featured vocalist as well. His sweet, warm tone is a great match for Elujay's own relaxed flow. Elujay, Chris McClenney, and Zikomo each have their own signature sounds. However, together they've created something completely seamless. As a result, "Streamin" is an effortlessly cool single that you can't help but bounce along to, and doubles as a great preview of what Elujay has in store on his upcoming project.

Listen to "Streamin" below.
