Lorde's new album Melodrama is out June 16, and today the New Zealand pop artist releases the album's third single. "Perfect Places," co-produced by Lorde, is a bold pop song, a summer sing along that seems aimed straight for the top of the charts with a choir of voices singing the hook and a driving beat.
Lorde's previous singles have showed two sides of her sound, with "Green Light" a more up-tempo track and "Liability" a slow-paced ballad. Lorde's debut album Pure Heroine dropped in 2013, won two Grammys, and is now triple platinum. Listen to new single "Perfect Places" below.
