Listen to Willow Smith's New Three-Track EP 'Mellifluous'

The 16-year-old quietly released the self-produced project last night.

Taking some time off after sharing her post-Election Day release "November 9th," Willow Smith has quietly resurfaced with a new three-song EP. Mellifluous is true to its name, featuring soothing, melancholic vocals with gentle electric guitars as her backdrop.

All three tracks on Mellifluous are also self-produced, proving once again that the precocious 16-year-old's talents go far beyond just singing.

Last month, Smith shared "November 9" in light of the election results, reassuring those who are wary of the current state of America that "suppression and pain are not everything." Similar to the songs on Mellifluous, "November 9" also features emotional delivery and that lo-fi feel.
