It's been two very long years since Mac DeMarco released his last full-length album Salad Days in 2014. Last year, as a way to hold fans over, DeMarco released a mini LP titled Another One that featured eight tracks. Fortunately, it appears that fans will soon be rewarded for their patience.
Yesterday, DeMarco took to his Instagram account to announce that he has finally finished mixing his forthcoming album. In the video, he celebrates by popping a bottle of champagne while what appears to be new music plays in the background. From the snippet in the video, it seems fair to say that DeMarco fans are in for a treat with his forthcoming new album.
As of now, there's no word on when we can expect to finally hear new music from DeMarco but hopefully a first single isn't too far away. Take a listen to the snippet of new music in the background of his latest post below.
