FLACO is unpredictable. The Indianapolis artist's style varies wildly from song to song, and even within verses, you never know what's around the corner. The constant is FLACO's unique charisma—his colorful personality is packed into animated deliveries, agile flows, and seemingly effortless hooks.

"Most artists, when they start to create music, derive a lot of their inspiration from the culture of their environment or region," FLACO said to Noisey. "I, on the other hand, had very little sense of belonging to my surroundings. My tastes, my aesthetic and my convictions never felt embraced by my city. I had no identity. My lack of musical identity forced me to look intrinsically and create my own style. Sleepinginjeans is a showcase of my individuality and my search for identity in music."

He's been impressive all year, and he caps off a strong 2016 with the 14-song sleepinginjeans. Check it out below, and keep an eye out for FLACO in 2017.
