He's also part of Terror Jr., who recently released their project Bop City, but today he's back on a solo production tip with "Love," featuring Lil Uzi Vert.
As Lil Uzi Vert has blown up this year, becoming one of 2016's true breakout stars, the hate has poured in, but one thing that should never be in question is the strength of his songwriting. Memorable melodies that could power a mainstream pop song appear in almost all of his tracks, often backed by booming production. On "Love," however, Felix Snow strips everything back, building the entire song out of an 808 tom. This is Lil Uzi Vert, deconstructed.
"Love (as a song too) is minimalism in the midst of maximalism," Felix Snow explains. "I want to fuck formulas up as much as I can."
