Washington producer Lophiile has been making a name for himself with remixes and production for others, but today he's here with his first original work, and it's a big one. "Preach" feels like being drenched in sunlight, a bright burst of synth stabs, manipulated vocals, and an irresistible bounce.
“I started this after a long period of working on other artist's records," Lophiile explains. "Some songs just finish themselves and this was definitely one of them. For whatever reason I could already hear that tag from 'Wu-Tang Forever' in my head so I slid that in there all cheeky like and it ended up completing the vibe for me. Hence the song's title. Hope you digs!”
