Eric Andre’s ridiculous late-night talk show, The Eric Andre Show, has somehow continued to up the ante season by season. Somehow convincing a number of high-profile musicians, actors, reality TV stars, and even pornstars to be subjected to his antics, Eric Andre is the master of provoking his subjects. He’s also really good at getting people to go along with very silly ideas and sketches, and our most recent look at the upcoming fourth season showcases perhaps one of his funniest ideas yet.
Adult Swim have finally released the full quality version of Rapper Warrior Ninja, a sketch which features a number of rappers competing in an absurd obstacle course while blindfolded and rapping. Co-host Hannibal Buress previously previewed the sketch earlier this year at SXSW. Featuring Danny Brown, A$AP Rocky, Open Mike Eagle, Nocando, and Go Dreamer, the sketch is one of Eric’s craziest looking contraptions yet.
Eric Andre has previously had Tyler, The Creator, Killer Mike, Action Bronson, Chance The Rapper, and Wiz Khalifa among others on his show. If the rappers included in the Rapper Warrior Ninja sketch are anything to go by, then the fourth season of The Eric Andre looks set to feature just as many interesting guests as its previous seasons.
