It looks like Lil Yachty affiliate Burberry Perry has gotten himself into some legal trouble for a very obvious reason: British fashion house Burberry is not happy with his use of the name of their centuries-old brand.

As TMZ reports, Burberry has filed a lawsuit against Burberry Perry, demanding that he change his name and cease usage of their logo. The legal documents acquired by TMZ claim that Perry stole the brand’s iconic plaid backdrop and equestrian knight logo, as well as Burberry’s distinctive font, to use on his album cover.

After Burberry Perry reportedly ignored the fashion house’s cease-and-desist letters that asked him to stop using their name and logo, Burberry decided to sue.

Burberry Perry’s self-titled album—the one that uses Burberry’s plaid backdrop and logo—was released in May, and features Yachty, Jordyn Woods, and Kylie Jenner. It looks as if, since Burberry took legal action, the rapper has replaced his original album cover with a yellow square. Listen to the album here.
