It looks like Lil Yachty affiliate Burberry Perry has gotten himself into some legal trouble for a very obvious reason: British fashion house Burberry is not happy with his use of the name of their centuries-old brand.

As TMZ reports, Burberry has filed a lawsuit against Burberry Perry, demanding that he change his name and cease usage of their logo. The legal documents acquired by TMZ claim that Perry stole the brand’s iconic plaid backdrop and equestrian knight logo, as well as Burberry’s distinctive font, to use on his album cover.
