With a name like “Ch-Ching” and an off-the-wall, infectious beat, Chairlift’s single was begging for a rap remix.
Lucky for us, D.R.A.M. and Jimi Tents were the ones to answer the call. Effortlessly sliding into the song’s experimental (but extremely palatable) structure, both rappers come with spirited verses that hold the song together with a glue that it may have been missing before.
At the most basic level, it’s just really hard to be mad at hearing D.R.A.M. ride over a playful beat like this.
