Los Angeles-based four piece Harriet has a knack for pairing their particular brand of rock with cinematic visuals. Their latest video for “Up Against It” (which first saw life in a bizarre static clip of a man playing basketball alone at night) looks like a collision of David Lynch and Paul Thomas Anderson—pristinely shot clip that blends the real and surreal. An unnerving dinner party, a synchronized dance routine in a back yard, and a plastic sheen lend “Up Against It” an uncanny air perfectly suited for the song’s soft stomp. Watch it above.
