Kanye West has only just got around to filming a music video for “Waves,” but comedians Eric Wareheim and Aziz Ansari have beaten him to the punch when it comes to providing visuals to The Life of Pablo. The duo, who affectionately bill themselves as Big Bud and Lil Bud, have taken it upon themselves to film a video for “Famous,” and the result is just as bizarre as one would come to expect.
Ansari and Wareheim took a break from recording the new season of Netflix series Master of None to film the ridiculous music video, which features the pair eating lots of Italian food. They also dance a lot and rap along to a few lines, and there’s a shot near the end of the video there’s a shot where they hump a car for a few moments, but it’s mostly all about the Italian food. The video is almost definitely unofficial, but that amazing “Can’t Tell Me Nothing” video with Zach Galifianakis and Will Oldham was, so it wouldn’t be too weird if this video really was official.
