Last fall, Death Grips surprised fans by announcing their seventh album without warning. Little news of Bottomless Pit had surfaced in 2016 until today, when the freewheeling act returned to Facebook to share the project tracklist and artwork. The front cover is shown above, with the back cover and tracklist included below.
Abnormal internet movement has come to define this rollout, or the absence thereof—nothing new from the group. “Hot Head,” a brash and unorthodox track that arrived in early February, will appear on BP if this album’s content doesn’t change.
Ride, Hill, and Morin have yet to share an official date of release, but they said in the photo caption that said we’ll know that soon. Stay tuned.
