There’s nothing quite like a posse cut over a mellow piano beat.
That’s exactly what A$AP Rocky, A$AP Nast, and A$AP Twelvyy served up for today’s offering of Wavy Wednesdays. As the presidential race heats up during a time in which political and racial tensions are high, the borrowed refrain “I’m out for presidents to represent me” from Nas‘ classic “The World Is Yours” hits a little extra hard coming from the Harlem collective.
Aside from that and a quick “motherfuck a delegate” line on Rocky’s verse, however, they avoid getting too political in favor of rhymes about their come-up. This is classic A$AP mob. Listen below.
