If you thought Detroit rapper and Bruiser Brigade affiliate ZelooperZ was about to tone things down after the release of the raucous “ISBD,” brace yourself. “Elevators” has all the energy of “ISBD,” the Black Noise production is just as crazy, and the chorus is just as catchy, in the kind of way that a shrieking fire alarm is catchy.
