Young Thug may put out a lot of music, but he’s not the most accessible artist outside the booth. Interviews are few and far between, and radio interviews are even rarer. But Ebro Darden pulled it off, hosting Thugger and 300 Entertainment’s Lyor Cohen on his Beats 1 radio show this week.
The conversation ranges through a number of topics, from the first time Thug met Gucci Mane (“I sold him a watch”), to his work with Jamie xx (“he’s like God”), to the sheer mass of unreleased music—Lyor says 100 songs is “an underestimation.”
