If there’s anyone that can repurpose the line, “I’m too sexy for myself,” and actually make it sound good, it would be Ty Dolla $ign. That’s exactly what he manages to do on “What Are We Doing”—a new collaboration between him, DJ Dahi, and Race Banyon (aka Lontalius).
The three artists crossed paths thanks to Red Bull Studios and created “What Are We Doing.” Ty sings about possibly being too sexy for his girl, and himself—or maybe the problem is that he’s too ballin’. While most bouncy rhythms—like this one provided by DJ Dahi—can distract listeners from life’s big questions, this seems to bring them all to the forefront.
