Considering this Christmas’ top home audio product on Amazon was a turntable, it’s no surprise how popular vinyls still are, despite the onslaught of streaming platforms. What is surprising, is that the two best-selling rock vinyls this year, weren’t even made this year. They weren’t even made in this decade, actually. They were both made over 40 years ago. 40 years!

Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side Of The Moon and The Beatles’ Abbey Road placed in the top 5 for vinyl sales, with 50,000 and 49,800 respectfully. These numbers were nothing compared to the overall best-seller, Adele (no big surprise there). She topped the list with 116,000 copies sold for her latest, 25.
