Listen to Blackalicious' Sports-Themed Remake of "Alphabet Aerobics"

Daniel Radcliffe breathed new life into Blackalicious’ 1999 song “Alphabet Aerobics” when he performed it on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon about a year ago. Now, the tongue-twisting track is making another comeback, this time courtesy of the hip-hop duo themselves. In partnership with sports website Bleacher Report, Blackalicious recorded a sports-themed version of the song, titled “Sports Alphabet.”

The new version of the song begins, “Alley-alley-alley-alley-oop on amateurs / Air above all and any actors that’s average / Big barbarian basically beasting / Biters get blown up being brave, beatings” and continues in entertaining and athletic fashion from there. The “Sports Alphabet” concept was developed by advertising agency barrettSF, and the vibrant visuals were created by production house Gentleman Scholar.

Blackalicious released their fourth album, Imani Vol. 1, on September 18, their first record since 2005’s The Craft.
