It’s been a while since we last heard from The Big Pink. Today the English band returns with “Hightimes”—their first single in three years. This new single is a mid-tempo track with a chorus that is sure to immediately find its way into the memories of every listener.
The guitar-led single is accompanied by vocals that feel both relaxing and carefree. The airy background vocals provided by Mary Charteris help to tie the entire track together into a sweet track that serves as a proper return. “Hightimes” is taken from their upcoming Empire Underground EP, which is due out next year.
