18-year-old singer/songwriter Dev09 is from a small town in Indiana, and her first SoundCloud uploads were raw, unpolished demos with unlimited potential. She’s fulfilling that potential with the quickness. Dev linked with producer Stelios Phili to build out her sound, and their latest, “You Made Me,” is her most accessible, upbeat work yet.
