1.

2. Young Thug - "Hercules"

After a weird Twitter feud between Metro Boomin and Young Thug caught the attention of all of their followers, it looks like the beef has quickly died down. In the blink of an eye, the bond has been mended and resulted in the release of a new Metro Boomin-produced track from Young Thug called "Hercules." Was it a publicity stunt? Who knows or cares—the important part is that there's new Thugger.

3. Movement - "Lace"

Australian trio Movement have been quiet this year, but that doesn't mean they've stopped making music. "Lace," according to the band, "is a demo of one of the songs we have been working on for our first record. as it has been well over a year, we wanted to share this with you. not long now."

4. Leikeli47 - "Fuck The Summer Up (KRNE Remix)"

Usually when he hear from KRNE, he's delivering a monstrous beat without any additional vocals. However, this time he's back on his remix groove, putting a mind-boggling twist on masked Brooklyn rapper Leikeli47's single "Fuck The Summer Up." The original beat is pretty sparse, leaving plenty of space for KRNE to build up huge bursts of sounds as he is wont to do. Massive flames.

5. Omarion ft. BJ The Chicago Kid - "Game Over"

Omarion celebrated his birthday earlier this week, and decided to give instead of receive—he released the third installment of his Care Package mixtape series.

The eight-track tape features Kehlani, Problem, Rich Homie Quan, and the standout track "Game Over" featuring BJ The Chicago Kid.

6. Janet Jackson - "No Sleep (Planet Giza Remix)"

Over the summer, J. Cole hopped on the remix of Janet Jackson's big comeback song, "No Sleep." The sexy single just got a new update from Montreal-based producers Planet Giza. Their remix appropriately gives the track a dreamier quality, while providing an even blend of tribal drums—transforming the single into something completely new.

7. Martin $ky - "Put Me Up"

This week, Chicago rapper Martin $ky returned with his latest single "Put Me Up," and it is heat. Even though the track is bass-heavy, there's something about Martin's low-key delivery that makes it fit for a high-energy setting or late night chill vibes. "Put Me Up" is just so damn good.

8. LAKIM - "A Dance With You"

Happy belated, LAKIM! The Virginia producer has been making waves with his future bounce sound for a while now, but his long run at the top of the field hasn't affected the quality of his output in the least. To celebrate his most recent birthday, LAKIM unleashed this dance floor stunner for the fans. The title should be taken literally.

9. Dylan Kidd - "Get There"

Here's a nice little slice of electronic guitar to get you through the weekend. I hesitate to call it rock, because Dylan Kidd has plenty of twinkling and stuttering synths alongside his guitar tones, but at the end of the song, "Get There" is really all about the axe. Cool sounds abound from the burgeoning beatsmith.

10. DP ft. Wara From The NBHD - "Numbers"

Virginia rapper DP shared his Designer Casket EP earlier this week. The EP features 10 tracks of that gritty DP sound, and for one of the standout tracks, "Numbers," DP links up with Wara From The NBHD. The two share similar cut-throat deliveries as well as subject matter in their lyrics, so it was only a matter of time before the two collaborated.

11. WELL$ - "Coldest Heart"

North Carolina native WELL$ continues to impress with the each new single. On his latest single, "Coldest Heart," WELL$ explains what it's like having to put your own goals before anyone else—if that means being coldhearted, so be it.

12. KOTA - "Customs"

For Brooklyn-native KOTA's latest single "Customs," he flips the eerie whistle from Kill Bill and uses it in the background to make for a sinister, relaxing beat. But give it a second listen after getting lulled into relaxation, and you'll hear plenty of high-energy truths in the verses.

13. Senojnayr & MadBliss - "Silk"

LA-based producer MadBliss and Virginia native Senojnayr linked up to drop their latest collaboration, "Silk," this week. The track is full of bounce and moves at a pace that makes it seem fitting to soundtrack a video game. But this is no game, and the snarling percussion will fuck you up IRL.

14. Mic Ty - "Knewham (Iglew Devil)"

Mic Ty's "Knewham" got an absolutely brutal rework courtesy of Iglew this month. The producer forgoes percussion for the most part, allowing the English MC's words to provide all the hits necessary. What Iglew brings is a searing synth and some sinister bells. It's a perfect match, provided you're looking to wake up and get wild.

15. DiamondDahi ft. Little Simz - "N.M.B.D."

DiamondDahi is the new collaborative team made up of bloodpop (fka Blood Diamonds) and DJ Dahi. For their latest single "N.M.B.D." they recruit rising talent Little Simz. "N.M.B.D." is an acronym for "No More Blood Diamonds" which turns out to be much deeper than just about stage names.

16. Antonio - "Designer Drugs"

The wonderful thing about SoundCloud is the fact that sometimes, new music just falls right into your lap. "Designer Drugs" by Antonio is a very smooth, laid back track that could easily soothe anyone to sleep. There's enough party music in the world, but there always comes a time when a turn down playlist feels more necessary—and this track would fit right in.
