The Straight Outta Compton movie was released in May and depicts the rise and fall of the Compton hip-hop group N.W.A.. Jerry Heller, the group’s former manager, is not too happy with his on-screen portrayal by Paul Giamatti. In the film, Heller takes advantage of N.W.A. stealing money the group made. Now he is suing the filmmakers for at least $110 million.

Upset with his depiction as “a sleazy manager who took advantage of Eazy-E, Dr. Dre and Ice Cube,” Heller is suing for defamation and claims Giamatti’s character is “false and damaging,” TMZ reports. Heller also disputes that Eazy-E fired him and that he “enjoyed lobster brunches while the contracts were being signed.”

He is asking for a lot of money from the filmmakers. According to TMZ, Heller wants $35 million in compensation, $75 million in damages, and, incredibly all of the profits from the biopic. Watch Heller talk to TMZ about the parts he’s unhappy with below.
