Drake Joined By Future At Austin City Limits For Five Songs

During his set at Austin City Limits Music Festival this weekend, Drake ensured that he would remain in the news cycle by bringing out his What a Time to Be Alive mixtape partner Future for a few songs. They performed three songs from Future’s 2015 album Dirty Sprite 2: “Fuck Up Some Commas,” “Trap N****s,” and “Where Ya At,” the latter of which originally features Drake. Then they played “Jumpman” and “Big Rings” from What a Time to Be Alive, both of which made their live debut.

After the show, Drake took to Instagram to post a black-and-white photo from their performance and captioned it, “Thank you to my brother @future for giving Austin a moment.”

Red Bull TV has been hosting an exclusive online stream of the festival all weekend, so head over to their website to check out what remains of Day 3 and to find their broadcast schedule. Artists performing today include Kurt Vile, Daughter, The Decemberists, The Strokes and others.
