Over the summer, British songstress Anne-Marie impressed listeners with her debut EP Karate. Each of the tracks from the EP—including “Karate,” “Gemini,” and “Stole”— may have varied in style but one common factor was that they were all strong. Now she’s back and ready to deliver more new music.
Anne-Marie’s latest single “Do It Right” is a bass-heavy track but her voice still manages to come out on top of the bouncy production. Anne-Marie’s raspy vocals with her fierce delivery create a charming combination that are hard to ignore. “Do It Right” is yet another solid effort from the young singer—proving that she’s already got this thing down to a formula.
